I believe that birth is sacred, designed by God, and already encoded in every woman’s body. My job is not to teach you how to birth—it’s to help you create the space to remember what you already know.
At its core, my approach is centered on:
I believe every person deserves respectful, evidence-based guidance to make informed decisions. I’m here to help you feel prepared, at peace with your choices, and never blindsided by the unknown. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
I’ve seen birth heal trauma. I’ve seen it restore confidence. I’ve witnessed women walk through fire and emerge radiant.
This work is more than a job to me—it’s a calling. One that I carry with reverence, humility, and an unshakeable belief in the women I serve.
At its core, my approach is centered on:
- Trusting physiology — when the birth environment feels safe and undisturbed, your body knows exactly what to do.
- Fostering peace — not every birth is silent, but every mother deserves internal calm, steady support, and the freedom to labor without pressure or fear.
- Supporting emotional and spiritual strength — whether you’re drawing from Scripture, worship music, meditation, breathwork, or deep inner resilience, your strength is honored here.
- Creating safe, private, unobserved spaces — because birth unfolds best when you feel protected and left to follow your instincts.
- Welcoming all people and preferences — whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, or a gentle cesarean, my role is to support your vision. I don’t bring an agenda—just tools, education, and calm.
I believe every person deserves respectful, evidence-based guidance to make informed decisions. I’m here to help you feel prepared, at peace with your choices, and never blindsided by the unknown. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers...strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength."
